International Returns Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we do accept international
returns - subject to the following conditions.
Return Authorisation Required
All international returns must be pre-approved.
Please email returns@myfairlady.co.uk within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for return
- Clear photos of the item in original condition
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, untried, and unfolded (for sarees, veshtis, etc.)
- All original tags, packaging, blouse pieces, and accessories must be included
- Items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit
Once approved, the item must be returned to our UK address within 14 days of approval.
Return Shipping & Duties
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- We do not refund any customs duties, taxes, or international delivery charges
- We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for international orders due to logistics.
You may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn, washed, used, or unfolded garments
- Customised or altered items
- Innerwear, petticoats, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the parcel and the product
- We'll work with the courier and arrange a solution (refund or replacement)
