1.1.
Once you have booked your airport parking you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the necessary information such as where to park the car and when to arrive. You may also opt in to our additional add on service and receive a confirmation via SMS.
1.2.
If for any reason you do not receive a booking confirmation, you must inform us immediately as we provide no refunds for no shows or if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before you arrive at the car park.
1.3.
INDIGO PARKING only acts as a booking agent for the service provider for the car parks we provide through our partners. We do not ourselves provide the parking services. Before booking with the individual car park, we advise that you check their terms and conditions which may contain exemption clauses and limit each company’s liability.
1.4.
INDIGO PARKING cannot accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reason of war, threat of war, riots, terrorist activities, natural disaster, fire, adverse weather, or pandemic conditions etc.
1.5.
Any claims by the customer in respect of parking services e.g collection & delivery of vehicle, damage to the vehicle etc must be made against the parking service provider and subject to their terms and conditions.
1.6.
All Parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park that and the customer expressly accepts that all claims regarding damage or loss caused by the service provider must be claimed from the service provider.
2.1.
Please ensure that you have the booking confirmation with you at the time of your arrival. This will identify you as a INDIGO PARKING customer and enable the service provider to verify your booking. We advise that you check the terms and conditions with the parking provider to see if they want a hard copy.
2.2.
When leaving your car in both (Park & Ride) or (Meet & Greet). You must ensure that you remove all possessions and complete car condition report.
2.3.
If you booked the Meet & Greet service, you must be prepared to leave your car keys with the car park staff unless otherwise stated.
2.4.
Once the vehicle has left the site (Park & Ride) or (Meet & Greet) claims cannot be considered. So please check carefully before leaving the car park or airport.
2.5.
You must make sure that your vehicle is in a road worthy condition before leaving the vehicle. The vehicle will need to be taxed and hold a current MOT.
2.6.
If you are charged by the car park provider for not following the correct procedures for (Greet & Meet) or (Park & Ride). INDIGO PARKING may not be able to obtain refunds on your behalf, you must contact the service provider.
3.1.
All prices are for pre-booking only.
3.2.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
3.3.
Check for additional surcharges before booking. These charges are charged by the service provider/ car parking company independently and bare no relevance to NDIGO PARKING.
3.4.
Some car parks may not be able to accommodate for high sided or wide vehicle. Some car parking providers may charge extra so please check before booking.
4.1.
All cancellation must be made directly through INDIGO PARKING website through your account portal to be valid. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the drop off time, you will receive no refund.
4.2.
No refunds are available for unused part stays.
4.3.
SMS and Booking fee are non-refundable.
4.4.
If you decide to cancel before 24 hours, INDIGO PARKING will charge you 25% of your overall booking quotation.
4.5.
Parking date change including extending or reduce parking stay, can all be done through your account on INDIGO PARKING’s website. Please note booking can only be amended once and cannot be amended again. If needed you will have to cancel the booking and rebook. Please check the cancellation policy before doing so.
5.1.
You must cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to their departure date to be eligible for a full refund.
5.2.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation received less than 24 hours from the departure date.
5.3.
Cancellation Cover are non-refundable.
6.1.
All booking amendments can be made through INDIGO PARKING’s website through your account.
6.2.
All booking amendments needs to be done before 24 hours.
6.3.
Less than 24 hours from the date of the departure – you cannot amend the booking online.
7.1.
Refunds will be made to the original card payment, it will be via a bank transfer only.
7.2.
Please allow 5 working days for the refund to reach your account.
7.3.
Refunds cannot be issued if there are any negative comments/review made publicly about the service before liaising with our customer support team.
8.1.
We strongly advise that all customers arrive early, allowing plenty of time for (Park & Ride) or (Meet & Greet).
8.2.
If you late for a booking, please let the service provider know in advance. We recommend that you visit our partners term and conditions as charges may apply.
9.1.
INDIGO PARKING is not responsible in any way once the vehicle has been handed over to or returned by the service provider or whilst in the care of the service provider.
9.2.
All vehicles must be in roadworthy conditions such as have a valid MOT and Road Tax. If your vehicle is classed as not being road worthy, you will be refused the service and no refund will be eligible.
9.3.
INDIGO PARKING accept no liability for any faulty car keys, you must ensure that you leave the drivers with the correct keys for the car.
10.1.
All complaint must be sent via an email or support desk. We will need all the relevant documents and receipts provided with the complaint.
10.2.
You should expect a reply within 2 working days of receiving your complaint.
10.3.
If you encounter a problem at your chosen car park, please inform the service provider immediately.
11.1.
INDIGO PARKING may at any time modify these terms and conditions.
12.1.
These terms and conditions only apply to the bookings made directly through INDIGO PARKING’s website.
12.2.
INDIGO PARKING will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our partners or INDIGO PARKING’s staff.
12.3.
INDIGO PARKING will not accept our platform being misused for financial gain or any other purposes. If this happens, we will disable your access to our site.
